Hello, I’m Karen — founder of Staffordshire Angelic Therapies & Training, IGCT-accredited tutor, holistic educator, and passionate guide for sensitive souls of all ages.

As a spiritual teacher, energy healer, and mum myself, I understand how important it is for children to feel safe, seen, and spiritually supported as they grow. My kids' courses are lovingly designed to nurture emotional wellbeing, gentle self-expression, and the magical spark that lives within every child.

Through creative activities, angelic connection, crystals, mindfulness, and self-care tools, I offer heart-led courses that empower children to explore their inner world with confidence and joy — especially those who are sensitive, neurodivergent, or intuitively gifted.

With over 15 years of experience in holistic therapies and spiritual teaching, I bring warmth, wisdom, and a deep respect for each child’s unique light. My mission is simple: to help young souls grow up knowing they are enough, they are loved, and their magic matters.
